Wat is onze visie
- Onze software moet de behoefte in de markt volgen, niet leiden. Op dit ogenblik ontstaan nieuwe behoeften door schaarste op de arbeidsmarkt, versnippering, gebrek aan autonomie en betrokkenheid.
- We faciliteren een betere samenwerking en daarmee een betere gezondheidszorg. Dit doen we door over grenzen van organisaties en disciplines te verbinden op gezamenlijke belangen.
- We faciliteren het vindbaar maken van zorgprofessionals, hun competenties, kennis, vragen en inzetbaarheid voor andere zorgprofessionals en organisaties.
- We ondersteunen de filosofie dat individuele autonomie en regie door zorgprofessionals aan de basis moet staan van betere en efficiëntere zorg.
- We stimuleren collegiale, persoonlijke communicatie vanuit alle organisaties en samenwerkingsverbanden waarbij de zorgprofessional weer centraal staat.
- We facilitairen de communicatie die het mogelijk maakt dat de juiste zorg op de juiste plek geleverd kan worden.
- We bouwen aan een veilige en efficiënte manier van communiceren met collega’s, waarbij data alleen gedeeld wordt als hier expliciet, met minimale inspanning toestemming voor is afgegeven.
- Onze visie is dat er altijd collega’s te vinden zijn, om de zorgvraag van een patient veel sneller, beter en goedkoper op te lossen.
- Wij verwachten niet dat de zorg zal ophouden te bestaan. Wel zien we, dat de zorg wacht op een nieuwe manier van communicatie, omdat het werkplezier en patient tevredenheid negatief onderhevig is aan de huidige manier van communicatie waarin de zorgverlener niet centraal staat en de manier van samenwerking op zo’n grote dynamische schaal met onbekenden vraagt om een communicatietool die de collega’s op 1 plek dichtbij brengt.
